PURPOSE:To automatically execute a realistic computing element allocation by considering not only a running speed but also a hardware constitution and putting a restriction regarding the individual merge of mutual operations. CONSTITUTION:A system constitution comprises of terminal equipment for an input-output 1 and a processor 13. A merge restriction data base 8 previously stores merge restriction information depending on an operation classification, a merge candidate calculation processing part 7 inputs the content of an allocation result storage buffer 5, calculates an operation candidate to execute the merge while referring to the merge restriction data base 8 and stores a next computing element constitution into a memory for a computing element definition information storage 2. A user sets a worst upper limit execution time expected into an upper limit time storage register 6. Thus, the realistic computing element constitution and the allocation of input operation series for each one can be automatically executed. |
