PURPOSE: To efficiently radiate heat generated by grinding work so as to effectively cool a ground surface and to prolong the life of the ground surface by intermittently forming ground surfaces along the outer peripheries of a plurality of cantilever members. CONSTITUTION: A disk base 25 having a plurality of cantilever members 29 having free ends extended from an outer periphery is made of one thin plate. Then, each cantilever member 29 is bent so as to be displaced from the plane of a center base 25, and this cantilever is used as a loop member 35. The outer surface of each bent loop member 25 is coated with an abrasive 37 to form a ground surface. Thus, during the grinding of a tire surface by the ground surfaces of the loop members 25, heat generated during machining is positively radiated, and its ground surface is cooled. |
