In the process, the liquid substance is first foamed, and then whipped by mechanical treatment. Between the foaming and the subsequent whipping there can be a resting time. A plurality of alternating and successive foaming and resting phases can be provided, and, additionally a continuous or discontinuous mechanical treatment can be carried out in the foaming phase. By this process an increase in the whipping volume is achieved. |
