<p>Improvements to the moulds particularly for the production of, common and/or special type tiles, crockery, ceramic plates and the like, by means of a, preferably vertical, press including at least an upper punch (34) and a lower punch (35) cooperating with a matrix (32), in which the upper punch (34), solid with the sliding cross beam (13) and with the pressing plunger (8), in cooperation with an adjustable stroke positioning actuator (19, 20, 21), determines the soft granule thickness into the matrix cavities (32) suspended to the sliding cross beam, and in which the small plates (33), defining said matrix, determine the pressed pieces (72) perimetral profile, the whole in combination with the so called mirror type lower punch (35), solid with the press base (1); such lower punch (35) being vertically perforated by ducts (55, 56) communicating with a vacuum pump (38) qualified to accelerate the matrix (32) cavities filling, which matrix, suitably actuated, determines the granulate filling, its thickness, the pressed pieces pressing and extraction, as well as their espulsion on a spill way belt (77). <IMAGE></p> |
