PURPOSE: To eliminate the stimulus to the skin by compounding the aluminum- magnesium-hydroxyl compd. expressed by specific formula and a lipophilic org. compd. which is liquid at 20 deg.C, thereby preparing a gel compsn. CONSTITUTION: The gel compsn. is prepd. by compounding the aluminum- magnesium-hydroxyl compd. expressed by formula I (R denotes a residue RCOO<-> of monocarboxylic acid; RCOO<-> have 2 to 22C and denotes 3<=x<=9, 4<=y<=13, 3<=z<=5, 3x+2y=35 and the lipophilic org. compd. which is liquid at room temp. (20 deg.C), then acting shear force on the mixture and heating the mixture to 120 to 130 deg.C. The lipophilic org. compd. described above includes plant and animal fats, oil, wax, paraffin hydrocarbon, aliphat. and arom. ester, higher alcohol, ether or the like.
