The invention relates to an oral dosage unit of a pharmaceutical formed as small particles (< 2,5 mm in diameter), in which the particles are partitioned in a gel with pH < 5, which exist as a shaped body and which is disintegrable in the gastro intestinal tract. In addition, the preparation and use of the dosage unit are described.
