Die Erfindung betrifft einen Skistiefel mit Hintereinstieg, bestehend aus der Schale, den an die Schale in gleicher Achslage angelenkten Vorderschaft sowie Heckklappe sowie dem Innenschuh. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Skistiefel ein aus elastischem Material bestehendes Ausgleichselement (3) aufweist, welches an der Innenfläche des Vorderschaftes (2) anliegt, dann diesen in Höhe der Schale (6) ausgesparten Vorderschaft (2) durchdringt und welches beidseitig an den Vorderschaft (2) in einer solchen Achslage angelenkt ist, daß es bei Änderung des Vorlagewinkels an der Oberfläche der Schale (6) entlanggleitet.
