PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent properties of preventing oxidative deterioration in practical use, by blending a composition consisting of a polyolefin and halogen based flame retardant with a specific phenolic compound and epoxy compound. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. flame retardant composition consisting of a polyolefin and a halogen based flame retardant with (B) (i) 0.01-1 pt.wt. phenolic compound expressed by formula I or II (R1 is 1-9C alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, etc. ; R2 is R, 1-9C alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, etc.; R3 is 1-12C alkyl; R4 is H or 1-12C alkyl; k and n are 0-8; m is 1-12) and (ii) 0.01-1 pt.wt. epoxy compound. |
