<p>PURPOSE:To perform stripping of coating of a wire securely and quickly by removing the coating by blowing an inert gas held at a controlled temp. onto a coated wire to melt the coating partially and to expose the core wire. CONSTITUTION:Inert gas 7 heated at 450-550 deg.C is blown to a bonding part A of a wire 4 through a nozzle 8. The part of the coating 6 of the wire 4 blown by the gas is heated and melted. The melted coating material is separated and flows to left and right directions by the effect of surface tension, and the core wire 5 is exposed. In this way, the coating of coated wire of relatively small size is securely stripped locally at an optional position.</p> |
