PURPOSE:To make constitution simple and inexpensive, by detecting pressure variation of a compressed fluid flowing toward a mold by a pressure sensor and outputting a complete signal for detecting that the state of the filling completion of preparatorily foamed particles or the ejection completion of a molded product is changed. CONSTITUTION:When a cavity space 3 is filled with a raw material 24, filling air becomes perfectly excessive to begin to reversely flow to a hopper main body 16 through a sleeve 4, a hose joint 15 and a PVC hose 18, and positive pressure is detected by a weak pressure sensor 20. If pressure is normal, the raw material advances to the next process and, if abnormal, a filler number is displayed on an alarm display apparatus. Next, a molded product is ejected and a mold is opened. A hopper shutter 23 is closed and filling air is sent in each filler within a short time and it is judged whether the molded product is perfectly ejected. Concrete operation is same as a case for checking filling completion. |
