PURPOSE:To obtain a cured polymer molded product excellent in appearance and strength and having no flaw, in obtaining a crosslinked polymer molded product by a reactive injection molding method for allowing a methathesis polymerizable monomer to flow in a molding cast in the presence of a methathesis polymerization catalyst system, by using the molding cast having a gas discharge port provided with a filter whose open mesh size is a specific value provided thereto at a position where gas is trapped when said filter is not arranged. CONSTITUTION:Two solutions of a monomer solution (solution A) containing a catalytic component of a methathesis polymerization system and a monomer solution (solution B) containing an activator component are used and introduced into a cast under pressure after collision mixing. At this time, when the methathesis polymerizable monomer is poured in the cast having a protruding structure such as a boss or rib provided to the upper surface thereof, a filter whose open mesh size is 0.02-0.1mm is used as an air vent in order to easily release the air present at the part of said structure to the outside to prevent that the monomer penetrates in said part to generate clogging or flows out. By this method, air only can be released. |
