ANTIBODY HETEROCOUPLER HAVING STERILIZING ACTION ON HIV INFESTED CELL

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an antibody heteroconjugate containing mutually crosslinked at least two kinds of antibodies and enhanced in killing action on HIV-infected cell and useful for treating HIV infection. CONSTITUTION: This antibody heteroconjugate is obtained by crosslinking an antibody specific to an antigen recognized on a peripheral blood effector cell (e.g. T lymphocyte, large-granular lymphocyte, granulocyte, monocyte or macrophage) and having reactivity with the antigen with an antibody specific to HIV antigen developed on HIV-infected cell (e.g. an antigen recognized on HIV envelope glucoprotein). The anti HIV antibody in the conjugate is bound to HIV infected cell and anti-effector cell antibody is bound to the effector cell and the HIV infected cell is crosslinked with the effector cell to approach them and killing action on HIV-infected cell due to cytotoxic effector cell is promoted.
