PURPOSE:To perform the color extraction and color change of a moving picture obtained from a television at a video rate by performing the color extraction and color change through the table conversion of a memory. CONSTITUTION:Video signals of red (R), green (G), and blue (B) inputted from the television (TV) camera 1 are converted by an analog-digital (A/D) converting circuit 2 into digital signals, which are inputted to a table conversion part (a) 3. Those digital signals are further converted by using a table which is given previously to obtain color information, which is furthermore converted by a tape. Then picture elements having specified color information are extracted and changed into previously specified color information through table conversion at the video rate. Consequently, the color extraction and color change of the moving picture obtained from the television camera are performed at the video rate. |
