PURPOSE:To readily obtain KONJAK (devil's-tongue) capable of retaining black color without outflow of oxalic acid, tastiness, etc., by crushing a completely steamed and heat radiated tuberous root of the KONJAK with a crushing kneader, adding water, kneading the crushed KONJAK, adding a coagulant, kneading the coagulated material and discharging the kneaded material through a discharge port with a suction pump. CONSTITUTION:A completely steamed and heat radiated tuberous root of KONJAK is charged into a charging port 2 using a crushing kneader 1 and crushed with crushing blades 4. Water is then added and the resultant mixture is kneaded with kneading screws 5. A coagulant is subsequently added to knead the coagulated material with kneading blades 6. The kneaded material is then discharged from a discharge port 7 with a suction pump 9 to afford the aimed KONJAK. |
