PURPOSE:To smooth start and improve maneuverability, by providing a speed change control device for controlling a swash plate shaft so as to decelerate and accelerate the rotation of the swash plate shaft according to the high and low speeds of an auxiliary speed change device. CONSTITUTION:If auxiliary speed change device 4 is set to a high-speed position and a speed change lever 1 is operated to change speed, a speed change controller is actuated to control a swash plate shaft 3 to decelerate the rotation thereof and driving of the stepless speed change device 2 is controlled to slowly start an agricultural machine. If the auxiliary speed change device 4 is set to a low- speed position and the speed change lever 1 is operated to change the speed, the swash plate shaft 3 is controlled to decelerate the rotation thereof and driving of the stepless speed change device 2 is controlled to start the machine at a proper speed.
