Set of devices making it possible to paste up posters onto advertising panels 4 which are made to be dismantled from their support 7 by slides 5. The panels are dismantled with a manipulator arm 2 which includes a jack 6 mounted on a movable vehicle 1. The panels are stored in cassettes 3 on the movable vehicle and are transported to a workshop where they are processed (coated with paste and provided with new posters) with the aid of an automatic machine including a pasting apparatus 10 and a panel fixing arm 11.
