The present invention relates to systems for building-in bars, particularly torsion bars. The building-in system according to the invention for a bar, more particularly a torsion bar produced from composite material, is essentially characterized in that it includes, on the periphery 3 of the bar 1, a winding of a first end 6 of a fibre in the form of a tape over a specified length in order to form a primary winding, the other free end 7 of the tape being wound onto itself in order to form a secondary winding 8 which is pressed against the primary winding, this secondary winding being located in a cell produced on the periphery of a central hole in a connection piece surrounding the bar.
