PURPOSE:To make it possible to specify the present position of a criminal or a vehicle upon theft by energizing an image pick-up means and a signal transmitting means when abnormal electrical connection to an onboard battery is detected, so as to issue signals of images inside and outside of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:If third detecting means 37k, 37a detect connection of a power source line Igp in an ignition system to an onboard battery without a key being inserted in a key cylinder KSU during a second detecting means (constant voltage circuit) 37g for detecting a turn-on of ignition, a CPU 2 energizes a forward monitor camera 19, a driver's face pick-up camera 21, a facsimile FAX and a mobile radio telephone WSR in accordance with a signal from a wheel speed detecting circuit 6. Thus, it is possible to automatically obtain at a remote position an image of the driver's face in the thieved vehicle and/or image data in front of the vehicle, thereby it is possible to facilitate the specifying of the criminal or find-out of the present position of the vehicle. |
