The present invention relates to a new type of plastic brush. The object of the invention is to provide a lightweight, easy-to-use brush that is of an attractive appearance and is easy and inexpensive to manufacture, permitting economies of scale. The brush is of the type comprising a handle 2 and a body 3 to which the bristles 14 are attached, in which the handle 2 is attached to the brush body 3 by means of a reversible snap engagement, the handle 2 and the body 3 being independent detachable components. <IMAGE>
