The mould is prepd. by (i) thickly coating rubber/siliconic releasing agent and hardenable resin (or plaster) sequently onto a wooden form (one of two half-models, it is the same as product), (ii) hardening and sepg. to make a model of latex gloves, and (iii) coating mixt. resin [prepd. by mixing cobalt naphthenate and unsatd. polyester resin/styrene monomer (1-10:1 wt. ratio mixt.) contg. 1 wt.% of methylethylketoneperoxide onto the model of latex gloves twice, sequently, and hardening.
