<p>PURPOSE:To automate laying and arranging works of cable and to improve efficiency of laying work, by constructing an automatic cable laying device such that a cable support assembled into the device is moved synchronously in the device. CONSTITUTION:When laying work of a cable 5 is performed by means of an automatic cable laying device 1, electromagnetic coils 16A-16C of cable supports 3A-3C are excited in order to grip the cable 5. When the cable 5 is gripped by the cable support 3, electromagnetic coil of a cable motion exciter 4B is excited in order to move the cable support 3 in the direction 4B. Then the cable supports 3B, 3C are excited while the cable support 3A is de-energized in order to support the cable 5 by the contact faces of the cable supports 3B, 3C without dropping the cable into a cable tray 6. Under this state, the exciter 4B is de-energized while the exciter 4A is excited so as to move only the support 3 in the direction 4A with the cable 5 being fixed. When such operation is repeated, the cable 5 is laid in a cable tray 6.</p> |
