PLASMID AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a novel plasmid containing an autoreproduction sequence of Saccharomycopsis lipolytica and capable of being replicated in the cell of Saccharomycopsis lipolytica. CONSTITUTION:A plasmid containing Leu2 gene, autoreproduction sequence and ampicillin-resistant gene of Saccharomycopsis lipolytica. It can be prepared from a vector pVC1 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and E.coli and can be used also as a shuttle vector between E.coli and Saccharomycopsis lipolytica. A useful substance can be produced by using Saccharomycopsis lipolytica as a host cell.
