PURPOSE:To facilitate the fine adjustment of a gap between a roller and a reservoir scraper, by providing a one-adjusting-screw mechanism for finely moving the reservoir scraper and a two-guide-rod mechanism guiding the reservoir scraper in a required direction. CONSTITUTION:A one-adjusting-screw mechanism 15 for finely moving a reservoir scraper 2 consists of a screw hole provided on the center of a block 8, an adjusting knob 4 screwing into the screw hole, a screw 3 screwing into the inner diameter side of the adjusting knob 4, and a board 5 fixed to the screw 3 and conducts a fine adjustment at one point of the center thereof. Two guide rods 6a, 6b guiding the reservoir scraper 2 in a required direction are respectively fixed on the board 5 using hollow nuts 14a, 14b, and the center part of the board 5 is connected to the end part of the screw 3 by the nuts. Therefore, the edge of the reservoir scraper 2 and the surface of a roller 1 can be kept in parallel to each other stably and easily in the required direction, and a gap D can be finely adjusted only by rotating one adjusting knob 4. |
