The present invention relates to lenses (objectives) for stereoscopic pictures. According to the invention, the lens (objective) is characterised in that it essentially comprises a centred optical system 1 defining a substantially conical field 2 of revolution, a first module 15 comprising first means 7 for obtaining a first deflection from a first conical half-field 8 of the total conical field and second means 10 for obtaining a second deflection from the conical half-field 8 in a direction substantially parallel to the bisector 12 of the second non-deflected conical half-field 13, the distance separating the optical axis 12 of the non-deflected half-field 13 from that 11 obtained by the two first and second deflections being substantially equal to the value of the stereoscopic base, and means for connecting (associating) the module to the centred system. <IMAGE>
