PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently prepare an emulsion composition, by supplying a plurality of water-phase compositions, oil-phase compositions, and surfactants individually from 3 liquid supplying nozzles of a defined mixing apparatus, mixing and stirring the compositions. CONSTITUTION:Water-phase and oil-phase compositions contg. surfactants at a specific amt. each are supplied to a down part of a mixing and stirring bath 2 continuously and simultaneously from different raw material supplying nozzles 4 each, and at the time, a stirring fan 3 is rotated at a defined rotation speed by operating a rotary axis 6. The water-phase and oil-phase compositions and surfactants supplied in the down part of the bath 2 are stirred by the stirring fan 3, dispersed rapidly, and while pushed upward by the fan 3, become a uniform emulsion. Because the emulsion surface moves upward, it is drawn as a product. |
