PURPOSE:To secure a full type ball bearing for such a turbocharger that is excellent in durability and responsiveness by producing each of inner and outer rings with steel, while producing each of multiple balls being interposed between these rings with ceramics, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A full type ball bearing is used for a turbocharger being built-in an engine mounted on an automobile in the purpose of improvements in responsiveness or the like at a low speed range. This full type ball bearing consists of an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2 as well as a lot of balls to be interposed between these rings. In this case, each of these inner and outer rings 1 and 2 is made of steel consisting of American Iron and Steel Institute.M50 (high speed steel), by way of example. On the other hand, as for each ball 3, it is made of ceramics consisting of silicon nitride or the like. In this constitution, friction in a contact part among respective balls 3 is abated, coping with any lubrication shortage, while a contact area between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is reduced. With this constitution, durability and responsiveness or the like are improved.
