The invention relates to a fittings carrier (1) for receiving rolling fittings (2) for single- or multi-strand rolls in horizontal or vertical stands, which carrier can be easily installed, in particular after roll changing, can be inexpensively manufactured and can be retrospectively incorporated in existing mill trains. The invention makes provision for it to have a fittings bracket (11) with receiving places for one or more fittings (2) which are arranged on a guide crossbeam (13) so as to be displaceable parallel to the roll axes and can be moved and positioned in a continuously adjustable manner by means of a positioning device (14). The positioning device (14) is supported on the baseplate (10) of the rolling mill floor and/or is fixedly attached to the stand (3), preferably between the two mill housing posts (9). Expediently, use is made as positioning device of a piston-cylinder unit (20) which can be moved in a path-controlled manner. Furthermore, in the case of vertical stands (3) a supporting device (21) which is preferably telescopically constructed is provided parallel to the piston-cylinder unit (20). <IMAGE>
