A method for prepg. the polyester fabric comprises (i) refining a polyester fabric contg. silicon oxides (0.01-0.5 micro meter size) 0.05-2 wt.% in the refining bath contg. NaOH, (ii) pretreating in the Sn (II) bath and Pd (II) bath sequently for eduction of Pd metal and electroplating, and (iii) coating acryl emulsion resin (self- crosslinker) onto electroplated fabric.
