发明名称 MACHINING JIG FOR SLOPED SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To set a material block molding a chock linear earlier and more correctly to a cutting machine, by engraving the division of an angular scale, by which a relative angle and a directional angle of the gradient line of a jig can be read, to side faces of upper and bottom members. CONSTITUTION:The division of an angular scale for reading an angle alpha is engraved on the side face of an upper member 3 of a jig from a point P1 to a point P4 along the direction of a point P0. The division of an angular scale doubled with the scale is engraved on the side face of a bottom member 4 from a point P6 to a point P3 in the clockwise direction and from a point P7 along the point P0 so that a position of an angle beta can be displayed by a value of the angle alpha. When a chock liner is cut, the machining jig is adjusted and aligned to a material block in such a manner that a degree of gradient (B) of the jig and its directional angle beta are positioned reversely to a degree of the maximum gradient and its directional angle gamma required for the chock liner, in this way, the jig is piled below the material block and tightened to a machine, and the material block is machined.
