PURPOSE:To attain channel switching control during a call of a terminal device moving in striding across a service area, by performing the channel switching during a call only by controlling an exchange of the service area in which the call in set firstly. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal device MSS is positioned at a zone A1 and makes a call with BS-A1, S-CH-A1, BWT-A1, NW and OGT/ICT, if the MSS moves from the zone A1 to a zone B1, intensity of the electric field for the call is weakened gradually, resulting that an MCE-A starts a VOTEA with the information through the S-CH-A1. The VOTEA accesses the BS-A1, A2...AX through each C-CH to select a zone having the strongest electric field from the MSS. Since the zone B1 is the extension of the zone of the own service area from the standpoint of the VOTEA, the zone B1 is selected naturally. The MSS cuts off the NW of an MCE-A, sets a channel through a BS-AX, the S-CH-AX, the BWT-AX, the NW and the OGT/ICT newly and continues the call. |
