PURPOSE:To obtain a laser oscillator capable of realizing the rise of a stable laser output by mounting a timer section operated after laser quenching, a comparison section between a signal from the timer section and a reference signal, and a starting sequence section selecting decompression in a vessel and the number of the execution of the supply of a laser gas. CONSTITUTION:A power supply VCC is connected to a time limit timer 22 through an operating switch 21, and connected to the contact 24 of an operating sequence section 23 and the time limit timer 22. Another end of the contact 24 is connected to a comparison section 26 and grounded through a capacitor 27 and a resistor 28, and the shutdown time is measured by a timer section 29 composed of the capacitor 27 and the resistor 28. The comparison section 26 compares signals from the timer section 29 and a reference voltage section 30, and an output signal from the comparison section 26 is input to a starting sequence section 33. The starting sequence section 33 selects decompression in a vessel and the number of the execution of the supply of a laser gas in response to the output signal from the comparison section 26, and the operating sequence section 23 is driven by an output signal from the starting sequence section 33. Accordingly, the rise on a stable laser output is acquired in every case. |
