PURPOSE:To obtain an optical disk having high reliability and stability by forming a recording film on a flat substrate made of a resin or glass and forming a reflecting film on this recording film and a protective film thereon. CONSTITUTION:The recording film 12 of a cyanine dye is formed on the flat resin substrate 11 made of polycarbonate PC, the aluminum Al reflecting film 13 on the recording film 12 and the protective film 14 consisting of a UV curing type resin on the aluminum Al reflecting film 13. As a result, the optical change of the recording film 12 having a small contrast is covered by the reflecting film 13 having a high reflectivity. The optical disk having the high stability and reliability is thereby obtd. with good mass productivity. |
