An arrangement for a heat-treating installation for web-like products has a plurality of lamps working with infrared radiation and a device for supplying air or some other suitable heat-treating medium via a heat-treating body to the product web, to which the product web can be fed. The heat-treating body comprises the lamps and a covering glass panel, a covering foil or a similar protective covering which completely covers the lamps. Along the side of the protective covering facing away from the product web, air or some other suitable heat-treating medium flows parallel thereto.
