PURPOSE:To obtain a two-layer hollow molded product by making use of a single layer molding machine, by a method wherein a hollow insert made of synthetic resin is held between broken molds, parison extruded through a die is arranged either on the outside or the inside of the insert and flow molding is performed after mold clamping. CONSTITUTION:Parison 10 is composed of synthetic resin different from that of an insert 1. A cylindrical insert 1 made of synthetic resin is set up to an insert holder 2. Then when the insert holder 2 is raised to a predetermined position between molds with an action of an air cylinder 5, the parison 10 is extruded through a die 8 and wraps the outside of the insert 1, mold clamping of the molds 6, 7 is performed and blow molding is effected with air blowing into through a nozzle 4. After a cooling process, the molds 6, 7 are opened, the insert holder 2 is lowered and taking-out of a product A and the next setting of the insert are performed. |
