CONSTITUTION:When X want to transmit a message to Y, the X scans a group code 3 representing the self-group number 2 with a pen scanner 5 on the message terminal equipment 4, and a message code corresponding to a message content 8A-'wait for you at the entrance', is scanned by the scanner 5. Accordingly, the group number 2 and the message content 8A are combined and inputted to an information processing device 10.
