PURPOSE:To instantaneously form an arbitrary mask pattern on one laser marker mask by using a laser marker mask for selecting and forming an opaque transparent mask surface and an arbitrary transparent mask pattern by how to apply a voltage, as a mask means. CONSTITUTION:As for one transparent electrode body 14, many pieces of X direction transparent electrodes 17 being parallel to each other along the X direction are printed on one face of a float plate glass 16, and an electrode terminal 18 is taken out to the outside. As for the other transparent electrode body 15, many pieces of Y direction transparent electrodes 20 being parallel to each other along the Y direction are printed on one face of a float plate glass 19, and an electrode 21 is taken out to the outside. Also, in a state that the transparent electrodes 14, 15 have confronted each other by placing a separation type liquid crystal sheet 11 and intermediate films 12, 13 between them, the X direction transparent electrode 17 is allowed to be orthogonal to the Y direction transparent electrode 20. The separation type liquid crystal sheet 11 is formed by enclosing a liquid crystal between transparent conductive films, and it becomes transparent by applying a voltage, by utilizing a characteristic of a liquid crystal by which that which has been in disorder is aligned toward a prescribed direction, when a voltage is impressed. |
