PURPOSE: To analyze immunity rapidly by condensing a sample, an immunity reaction object with ion charge in the sample, and a label equivalent object in a medium, condensing an immunity reaction object with an opposite ion charge at the other side of the medium, and causing each condensed constituent in the medium. CONSTITUTION: A sample, an immunity reaction constituent with an ion charge in the sample, and a label equivalent object are introduced into a peak part 3 of a get 1, a voltage is applied to electrodes 9 and 10 in buffer liquids 5 and 7, and an immunity reaction object and a label equivalent object are condensed by disk electrophoresis. On the other hand, the immunity reaction constituent and an immunity reaction object with an opposite ion charge that specifically reacts with the label equivalent object are introduced from the other edge part of the gel 1 and is subjected to disk electrophoresis in opposite direction for condensing. Then, the condensed immunity reaction constituent and the label equivalent and the immunity reaction object are mixed in the get 1 for reaction. Then, a non-reaction part is separated from the reaction product and the amount of label equivalent object in the reaction product is measured, thus determining the immunity reaction constituent. |
