PURPOSE:To input a winning ticket and to refund a desired amount of money among refunded money by providing an operational key inputting the refunded money and a balance card receiving port issuing a balance card. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with the operational key 1 through which a customer inputs the refunded money, a CRT display leading the customer to carry out a refunding operation, an instruction display 3, a winning ticket insertion port 4 inserting a winning ticket, a bank note receiving port 5 discharging refunded bank notes and the balance card receiving port issuing a balance card to a customer. Thus a winning ticket is inputted to automatically refund any amount of refunded money of the winning ticket. When the paid back money is less than an allotment, a balance card is issued together with bank notes. |
