PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus with an excellent breakdown strength and a high reliability by immersing an auxiliary electrode in insulating oil. CONSTITUTION:A container 22 is composed of an insulator in which No.2 insulating oil 21 is sealed. The container 22 is bonded to a dielectric 4 with adhesive 23 as one body. Fluorine resin coating is applied to the container 22 to protect the container 22 from laser medium. A lead terminal 25 is provided for wiring of an auxiliary electrode 5. As the No.2 insulating oil 21 which has an excellent breakdown strength and in which streamer is hardly generated is provided between the dielectric 4 and the auxiliary electrode 5, a breakdown strength between the auxiliary electrode 5 and a 2nd main electrode 3 is improved and a breakdown through the dielectric caused by the streamer can be avoided. |
