VANE COMPRESSOR IN AIR COOLER EQUIPPED WITH GAS INJECTION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components of a cooling mechanism by providing a vane with communication passages communicating front ports opening toward the front with a side port opening toward the sides of the vane and also providing a side plate in a position capable of communicating with the side port with an injection gas supply port. CONSTITUTION:A vane 25 of a vane compressor is provided with a communication passage 39 for communicating front ports 38's opening to the front surface of the vane 25 with a side port 37 opening to the sides of the vane 25. On the other hand, in a position of a side plate 12 which comes into contact with a rotor 22 opens an injection gas passage 36 which is intermittently communicated with the side port 37 of the vane 25. With this constitution, compressed gas can be prevented from reversely flowing into the injection gas passage 36 without using a reverse blocking valve, making it possible to reduce the number of components of the gas injection mechanism.
