PURPOSE:To make a synthetic resin film as thin as possible and manufacture a synthetic resin decorative sheet with a mirror surface simply and quickly by placing a frame on a mirror material, injecting colored synthetic resin into an outer frame, laminating base material on the colored synthetic resin, curing integrally and peeling off a mirror sheet and the frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 constituted of timber, metal, synthetic resin and the like on a smooth glass sheet or other mirror sheet, 1 and synthetic resin 3 composed of unsaturated polyester resin, diallyl phthalate resin and the like and, if necessary, mixed with filling materials such as fibers, calcium carbonate and the like, which is of some transparency and the material colored in a desired tone, is injected into the frame 2. Before the colored synthetic resin 3 is cured, base materials 4 such as a particle board, a chip board or the like are laminated, and the colored synthetic resin 3 is cured and integrated with the base materials 4. Thus, a synthetic resin decorative sheet constituted of a colored synthetic resin 3 film on the base materials 4 is manufactured by peeling off the mirror sheet 1 and the frame 2. |
