PURPOSE:To manufacture a sandwich molded product of good quality easily by inserting a projecting section projecting toward the upper section of an insert material installed integrally with an inner layer molded product into a retaining hole of a top force, retaining elastically by an elastic retaining material, disposing the inner layer molded product in a cavity in the state of floating in the space and filling resin. CONSTITUTION:A projecting section projecting toward the upper section of an insert material A installed integrally with an inner layer molded product 1 is inserted into a retaining hole 3 of a top force 2 and retained elastically by an elastic retaining material 4, and the top force 2 and a bottom force 5 are clamped, disposing the inner layer molded product 1 in the state of floating in the space in a cavity 6 between the top force 2 and the bottom force 5. A sandwich molded product B constituted of the inner layer molded product 1 covered with an outer layer molded product 7 is formed by injecting resin into the cavity 6. Thus, a sandwich molded product B of good appearance and quality constituted of the inner layer molded product 1, the whole periphery of the outer surface of which is covered uniformly, can be manufactured easily, and further the insert material A can be released easily from the retaining hole 3 when the sandwich molded product B is released by demolding the top force 2 and the bottom force 5 which elastically retain the projecting section of the insert material A in the retaining hole 3. |
