PURPOSE:To provide a titled head which can provide an improved and steady discharge property of magnetic ink, by a method wherein a magnetic stylus electrode is placed at the bottom of an ink channel having a U-section, and the upheaving meniscus of the magnetic ink is formed through magnetization of the magnetiv needle electrode. CONSTITUTION:Needle-shaped magnetic stylus electrodes 15 are located at the bottom of an ink channel having a U-section, and are positioned so that the end of the electrode is situated in a place positioned slightly deeper (about 0.1-1mm.) from an end part 23 of the ink channel formed in a head base bed 16. Through the capillary phenomenon of the ink channels 14 and the magnetic force of the end of the magnetic stylus electrode 15, magnetic ink 20 is discribed to form a meniscus into the shape in which the ink is easy to fly. |
