PURPOSE:To increase comfortableness by installing a heater core drawn to one- side on the downstream side of an evaporator and dividing the downstream side of the heater core by a bulkhead equipped with a by-level mix door into cold wind passage and a warm air passage, in an air conditioner used in a car for small number of passengers such as a van. CONSTITUTION:When a mode selecting lever is set at by-level, the door 20 of a warm air effluence hole 19 and the door 18 of a cold air effluence hole 17 are controlled, and the air introduced by a blower is introduced into an evaporator 12. Therefore, the cooled air is discharged from the cold air effluence hole 17 through a cold air passage 15, and a portion of the air is warmed during passing through a heater core 13, and dischrged from the warmed air effluence hole 19. At this time, when the opening degree of a mix door 23 is controlled by the operation of a by-level temperature controlling lever, the cold air 15 flows into and is mixed with the warm air 16 to reduce the temperature of the warm air and the temperature difference between the warm and the cold air is reduced. With such constitution, uncomfortable feeling can be eliminated. |
