摘要

Cermaic-metal composite comprises a copper sheet joined on one or both faces to a ceramic substrate and several parallel grooves being formed on the copper surface being joined. Grooves have a width of 0.1-3mm, a pitch of 1-25mm and a depth of not less than 0.01mm and not more than 1/2 the thickness of the copper sheet. The warp inflicted on the ceramic substrate is not more than 20micron/50mm.
