PURPOSE:To prevent an output of an alarm in error by a repeater, by inserting an auxiliary code to a specific bit out of a plurality of bits if a plurality of bits of the same sign are consecutive for a prescribed number. CONSTITUTION:An excessive pulse generated by speed conversion of (n+1) to (n) to an input pulse is taken as X-bit. The input pulse is given to a memory 3 and read out in a frequency of n/(n+1) times of a clock frequency (n) of the input pulse. The X-bit is inserted to a timing position of the excessive pulse obtained in this step. The inserted X-bit is made at an inverter 5 for the opposite sign of the pulse of the n-th bit of the input pulse train. As a result, since the number of consecutive pulses of the same sign can be suppressed to (n+1) or lower, the reliability of lines is improved. |
