PURPOSE:To control the increase of a consumed current by starting an apparatus equally to the case, where a self-aligning torque does not work, through causing a dynamically stable position, in case that energy is not accumulated, to deviate in the direction of rotation. CONSTITUTION:Relative to the borderline 5a of the N and S poles in a state where the magnetic attracting forces of radially magnetized rotor 5 and stator 4 balance, the center line 4b connecting the inner notch 4a of said stator 4 and the center of said rotor 5 is caused to deviate in the direction of rotation shown by the arrow 5b. By the working of the inner notch 4a, accordingly, the magnetic attracting force is given to the rotor 5 so that the center line 4b and the borderline 5a overlap each other, start ing is helped at the time of starting rotation, and a necessary pulse length is shortened to reduce a consumed current. |
