PURPOSE:To easily detect an impulse at the time of inverting the phase even when a line condition is deteriorated by equalizing a receiving signal at the time of training a modem. CONSTITUTION:The relation of the spectral powers at a signal point A and a signal point B is PA=PB in the condition without a line deterioration, and when the line is deteriorated, the PA or PB is made small. Consequently, since the line deteriorating condition can be known by the output PA-PB of a difference output part 2, by outputting the filter coefficient of a primary amplitude equalizer 1 from a filter coefficient setting part 3 so as to correct the condition, the filter coefficient of the amplitude equalizer 1 can be specified based on it, and the output can be made into the condition without the line deterioration. Thus, the receiving signal, in which the line deterioration is corrected, is sent to an impulse detecting part 4, the phase inversion is executed, and the impulse can be correctly detected. |
