PURPOSE:To facilitate measurement by using an immobilized column of nucleoside phosphorylase and xanthine oxidase and immobilized column of nucleotidase, nucleoside phosphorylase and xanthine oxidase. CONSTITUTION:The column formed by immobilizing the nucleoside phospho rylase and xanthine oxidase to carriers such as porous glass and packing the same into a column is used as the 1st column 1. The column formed by immobiliz ing the 5'-nucleotidase, nucleoside phosphorylase and xanthine oxidase to the carriers and packing the same into a column is used as the 2nd column. The 1st column 1 and the 2nd column are connected and a buffer soln. is passed therein. The extraction liquid of sample meat is injected therein from a sample injection port 7 and the concn. of the generated hydrogen peroxide or the concn. of decreased oxygen is detected by detectors 3a, 3b. |
