PURPOSE:To eliminate the hit of a communication by alternately switching a first radio channel in the middle of the communications and a second radio channel in which the communications are not yet started, executing a reception, and detecting the existence of the radio interference of the second radio channel. CONSTITUTION:The communicating signal of an old channel is transmitted also to a new channel by a gateway exchange, a changeover receiving means and a changeover transmitting means are switched at a speed which does not influence the communicating signal, and the old channel and a control channel or the new channel are transmitted and received temporarily in parallel. The selection of a new radio base station to communicate meanwhile in being faced and an action for deciding the new channel are executed, the quality of the new channel such as the existence of the radio interference is investigated, the switching action is completed when that the quality is at a fixed level or above is confirmed, and the communications are executed only by the new channel. Thus, the hit of the communication due to the channel changeover cannot be generated. |
